  1. You may fill out the application online and print it.
  2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
  3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

There will be an application fee of $35.63 per application submitted. All adults 18 years and older must submit a seperate application for rental and be listed on the lease agreement.
If you qualify for our "Preferred Employer" program, application fees are $17.81 per application submitted. If you are unsure if your organization is on our "Preferred Employer" list, please contact our office and a Leasing Specialist will more than happy to discuss with you.
